Happy Spooky Season! I wanted to share a positive life update on my prophylactic double mastectomy, reconstruction surgeries, and more. And I wanted to remind you that if you're due for a mammogram, please consider getting it. My mammogram saved my life. I've been focusing on improving my health with yoga for 20 hours a week, as well as working with a licensed dietitican to heal my gut, and a post mastectomy physical therapist for my shoulder. I forgot to mention in the video but I've made significant improvements with the dietitican and am able to eat small amounts of tomatoes, onions, and most recently garlic powder.
