Prompt: Compose a piece in C-Sharp minor ("The Spookiest of Keys").

I chose to use a string quartet to create a foreboding and ominous setting for this piece. The running sixteenths and variety of string timbres are used to emulate the anxiousness of an upcoming, unstoppable prophecy.
