People may ask why Primal Rage 2 doesn't like loading itself especially with sound effects on the character select screen well the problem is one thing ..... The Hard Drive Emulation is OFF! Thats right the hard drive is just one problem that Primal Rage 2 has in MAME which causes the sound effects not to load, why? This is because MAME always seems to skip over valuable data that load the sound effects however if a certain hard drive parameter is deleted to not function it causes Primal Rage 2 to read the hard drive correctly however it takes a lot longer to load the sound effects than it does on a real ZN1 board but still its amazing that this confirms one of Primal Rage 2's problems.
