Its shows Sightlesss fears that he will one day severly harm or kill Eyesore since his existence as a demon means simply being around her he is draining her of life energy for casius.
hes a puppet that was never meant to emote or be truly alive but eyesores strong emotions toward him gave him that, he wants to save her from casius but him just being around her makes things much worse")

basic story:
eyesore is basically being driven insane by her social anxiety and low self esteem, from this pain sightless is born, she creates this monster in her head as her friend. towards the nsd of the video she is losing the will to live and the demon that haunts her mind shows its self, but at this piont sightless steps in to defend her and save from it.")
