Twenty-five years ago this month, Wildwood Athletic Club (now ProMedica ForeverFit) opened on the campus of ProMedica Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital. This premier club was more than just a gym or exercise facility. Fitness equipment, nutrition coaching, a kids club and social events offered club members a fun and accessible way to achieve their fitness goals. Classes for all fitness levels, personal training instructors and aquatic classes attracted individuals eager to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Patients were referred to the club for Script4Fitness to help them safely and effectively recover and maintain their health status.
