7 Days to Die – YouTube Integration Bot Instructions
Welcome to my custom 7 Days to Die YouTube Integration Bot!
This bot allows viewers to interact with the game in real time, similar to Twitch Integration.

How You Earn and Use Points
• Passive Gain: While watching the stream, you earn 1 point every 10 seconds.
• Activity Requirement: If you go 5 minutes without sending a chat message, passive point gain pauses until you chat again.
• Checking Points: Type !points in chat to see your balance on an on-screen overlay (not in chat).
• Using Points: You can spend points on commands to help or hinder the streamers.
• Bank Your Points: Your points persist from one stream to the next so any unspent points won’t go to waste.
Super Chats vs. Points
• Super Chats: You can send commands by donating via Super Chat. Prices are shown in USD; foreign currencies are converted automatically.
• Points: Works the same way as Super Chats, except your points are spent instead of money.
• Overlay Difference: Super Chat commands have a distinctive overlay appearance so everyone can see they came from a donation.
Command Format
Commands are not case-sensitive and can appear anywhere in your chat message.
They must contain:
1. An exclamation mark “!” must prefix the Command Keywords
2. Command Keywords
3. Target Player (@eerie or @guru)
Example 1: !burn @eerie
Example 2: !trip @guru
Example 3: Let’s see you fight zombies now! !Disable melee weapon @guru. Good luck!
DO NOT mix commands or use unique key words from multiple commands in the same message! You may accidentally trigger the wrong command or no command at all. Executing multiple commands from one chat message is not currently supported.
Zombie Spawning Explained
When spawning zombies, here’s how it works:
• The targeted player is hit with the auto pull buff which will periodically draw aggro from spawned zombies.
• Each spawn command pulls random zombies from a specific group.
• Base Amount: Most zombie groups spawn 15 zombies by default. Boss-type zombies spawn fewer (often just 1).
• Extra Zombies for Super Chats: If your Super Chat exceeds the command’s minimum price, you spawn extra zombies—the number depends on how much over the minimum you donate.
• Example:
◦ Command: !spawn rad normal (Base: 15 zombies, Min: $2, +1 zombie per $0.25 over)
◦ You donate $3.00 → $1 over minimum → 4 extra zombies → 19 zombies total.
• The zombies are randomly chosen based on the group and their assigned probabilities in the bot’s configuration.
NO ZOMBIE SPAWNS ALLOWED WHILE HOME WITHIN LANDCLAIM OR AT TRADER! In future, I will implement bot logic to prevent this from happening. But for now be warned, if you spawn zombies in these "safe zones", all spawns will be immediately terminated with KILLALL.
How the Bot Reads Chat
• Normally checks for new messages every 5 seconds.
• If no new chats for 5 minutes, the bot slows down and may take up to 60 seconds to process your command.
• Tip: During quiet periods, send some normal messages before sending a command to avoid delays.
If Something Goes Wrong
The bot is still a work in progress. If your command fails due to a bug, I will manually execute it in-game.
