Part 1 of the challenge to fix, upgrade and renumber an old Dapol Pug.

I picked up a damaged non-running Dapol Pug during the Rails of Sheffield sale with the plan of not only fixing it up and getting it running again, but also making some big upgrades and converting it into 11221 which was in use at the Michell and Butler's Cape Hill Brewery.

In this video I hope to design a new motor mount, install a coreless motor and add in a tiny DCC decoder. But will it work? Or should this kind of thing be left to the manufacturers?
