Project Outsider: Hack Edition is a version of my previous Project Outsider No Mercy mod, except the graphics, movesets, and other things will be coded into the rom without the need of texture plugins or cheat codes to play it using a beta of Freem's VPW Studio (it's a private beta so I will not share it)
Another in the series of roster previews to show what has been done so far. Here are our heroes. The army of wrestlers, who banded together to fight against the evils of Hollywood Hogan and the nWo.
They consist of...
Earthquake - Not a fish, not an avalanche, but a man who in, 1990, was able to take out Hogan.
Hacksaw Jim Duggan - A man who fights for the good ol' USA (except for that couple of weeks he became Canadian).
Ahmed Johnson - A man whose words of wisdom echo to this day.
Sid Vicious - Master and ruler of the world
King Mabel - Rap God
Dusty Rhodes - Master of the dreaded Dusty Finish
