Good morning and happy Monday! It's been a while so I wanted to share where I'm at right now in my level 4 palette: Too Faced Star Dust by Vegas Nay. Enjoying playing around with this one and not mad at all that it will be in the rotation for a bit longer. This is a great project to join in on and if you do use: #projectlevelup so we can find you! RULES:
* Year long project.
* Level 1: Randomly (or not) pick a palette and the goal is to use each shade ONCE as well as hit pan on ONE shade. That palette gets moved out and you move to level 2.
* Level 2: Randomly (or not) pick a different palette and the goal is to use each shade TWICE as well hit pan on TWO shades. That palette gets moved out and you move to level 2.
* Do this until you reach level 5. At that point you can either restart the project and start back at level one OR continue to the next levels.
* You can give yourself a certain amount of times where if when picking a palette that you don't like or want in the project choose to pick a different one.
* Some ladies are doing two levels at the same time (starting with level 1 or 2) and once completing level 1 can pull in the level 3 palette.
