Happy Tuesday! I'm finally moving up to level 4! This one has taken me the longest but that is ok as much progress was made. Sorry my numbers are off as I filmed/edited on different days and forgot to correct that part of it BUT I did meet all my goals for level 3. I also started to say but never finished that I was working out of the Tarteist Pro Palette....I'm sorry (lol) I'm all over the place..
Excited to start using level 4 palette: Too Faced Start Dust by Vegas Nay. Please leave me your picks for a matte shade and shimmer you want me to pan for this level. Whatever gets the most votes is what I'm going with. Hope you are all doing well and having a blessed week! xoxoxo

RULES:
* Year long project.
* Level 1: Randomly (or not) pick a palette and the goal is to use each shade ONCE as well as hit pan on ONE shade. That palette gets moved out and you move to level 2.
* Level 2: Randomly (or not) pick a different palette and the goal is to use each shade TWICE as well hit pan on TWO shades. That palette gets moved out and you move to level 2.
* Do this until you reach level 5. At that point you can either restart the project and start back at level one OR continue to the next levels.
* You can give yourself a certain amount of times where if when picking a palette that you don't like or want in the project choose to pick a different one.
* Some ladies are doing two levels at the same time (starting with level 1 or 2) and once completing level 1 can pull in the level 3 palette.
