you only need to replace your current obb with the newest one in order to update.

ECLISE Alpha 4.5 adds 2 new chapters, 2 new quests, unlocks 7 plants, (and 1 completely-new!), new UI and a LIVE server.
We can now send custom levels, quests, announcements, and simple rebalancing without you having to download the obb.
