CELEBRATING KAITO'S 9TH BIRTHDAY

SEGA released KAITO's feature DLC song a little too early, so a proper celebration is needed.

The event itself is unchanged. The only difference is that instead of giving him the cake, this event is triggered by entering his room on his birthday.
