In this video I test the impact of the Season 13 nerfs to Decoy damage and Heart of Wolverine in Project Diablo 2, using a budget Decoy Amazon in Uber Tristram.

The build uses a level 25 Decoy with very basic gear, together with Heart of Wolverine through the Passion runeword, and pairing it with an Act 4 Dark Mercenary for consistent Amplify Damage.

While the tooltip clearly shows reduced damage compared to previous seasons, the actual Uber Tristram run remains surprisingly smooth and consistent, showing that this build is still very viable even on a tight budget.

This is a great option if you want to:
• Farm Ubers early in the season
• Play a low-cost but effective build
