Today we’re taking the Venom Blade Sentinel Assassin into Uber Tristram using the full Natalya’s set, Jade Talons, Venomgrips, five Shadow skillers, and resist charms. The Act 1 Vigor Mercenary uses my standard PDR / Cannot Be Frozen / poison setup, with Pus Spitter applying Lower Resist to help defeat the Ubers faster.

Shadow Warriors continue to be the MVP: their poison as pets stacks with your own, and their Sentinel uses your venom-scaling claw damage. Just remember to recast Shadows every game for correct aggro.
