In this video I’m comparing three early-ladder Werebear weapon options in Project Diablo 2 Season 12:
Executioner’s Justice, Windhammer, and the newly-buffed Tomb Reaver with its extra socket.

All three weapons are tested in the same setup and timed against Tier 0 Diablo Clone, using a budget gear loadout with 50% Crushing Blow, max fire resist, and non-eth Shael/IAS jewels to simulate realistic early-season gear.

Highlights and Takeaways
• Executioner’s Justice consistently delivers the strongest performance thanks to higher minimum damage
• Windhammer keeps pace and performs better than expected at 5 FPA
• Tomb Reaver remains usable, but its low minimum damage shows in real kill times
• Resistances and undead damage help Tomb—but raw hits per second win boss fights
• All weapons function, but Executioner’s Justice is emerging as the best ladder budget choice
