Same like all other Texas-into-Mexico border crossings, ALL vehicles crossing into Mexico, either with Mexico license plates or Texas license plates are driven and occupied by people who are in fact Mexican citizens living either in Mexico or Texas and who speak Spanish and very little English, lots of them speak no English at all.
Unless you're a Mexican national living in Mexico and legally traveling into Texas border area or somebody with Mexican roots living in Texas who speaks Spanish and has relatives in Mexico, NO American, Canadian or Westerner for that matter should ever adventure into crossing the Mexico border.
Moreover, if you're a proud American living in Texas and always legally carry firearms in your vehicle (strong supporter of 2nd Amendment and the God-given right to keep and bear arms), another reason to never drive your vehicle into Mexico.
