Hey podcast listeners, this is Steve Miller, host of the Asia News weekly podcasts.
For more than a year, I’ve been bringing you the news from the Asia-Pacific region with Asia News Weekly, Asia Now, and The Asia Brief.
As you can imagine it takes a lot of time and dedication to put together six podcasts a week.
That meant putting aside some of my other passions, that as of late, I’ve had a little more time to re-acquaint myself with while I’ve been traveling looking for my next full-time position.
I end every show with the saying, “Be true to yourself, and always be awesome.” Those aren’t just words, that how I try to live my life.
That’s why, I’m going to be making some changes. I’m going back to basics and focusing on Asia News Weekly from this point forward.
One podcast on Friday mornings.
But that doesn't mean Asia Now and The Asia Brief are going anywhere. Rather than having their own stand-alone series, they’ll be incorporated into the main Asia News Weekly episode and be made available as individual downloadable episodes in their stream.
I’m also shutting down the Patreon program. I truly appreciate those that have supported the podcast over the past six months, but I no longer feel Patreon is the place for the podcast to be.
Again, thank you for your support this past year and I look forward to returning to Asia News Weekly on May 29th.
