This Ken is the world's greatest criminal mind. No, but for real, when this mep opened with theme of Multianimation underrated male characters I knew I had to join. It was hard to choose who to use, but decided to go with Ratigan. He is such a fun underrated villian who is amazingly voiced by Vincent Prince. I also just love this movie. Anyway, enjoy!
