College students are often not a typical target audience of those inspiring leadership and entrepreneurship. For Alfred Blake IV, assistant director of undergraduate entrepreneurship programs at the Rutgers Business School-Newark and New Brunswick, they are THE target audience. Finding ways to bridge the gap between traditional and applied education and encouraging the dreams of young adults and children, including his own, is just a normal day's work. Hear about the proudest moments of our entrepreneurship expert’s career, his motivation for excellence and why he knows it is important for young Black and brown people to see themselves in all kinds of roles to excel in their own journeys in our Professionally Black series.
