The first in our new line of CSR therapeutic modalities is the BIOFLEX Radial Shockwave Therapy System. It is a non-invasive pressure wave treatment primarily indicated for subacute and chronic musculoskeletal and soft-tissue conditions (e.g., tendinopathies, plantar fasciitis, calcifications, muscle hypertonicity, trigger points). It works through mechanical stimulation, improved circulation, and modulating pain and healing pathways, leading to enhanced tissue repair. When combined with laser (photobiomodulation) therapy, clinicians leverage complementary mechanisms—mechanical for tissue activation and light-based for cellular metabolism—to improve recovery outcomes and accelerate healing.
