This is the first of a number of Videos from the 2024 Professional Recovery Operators Federation Conference held at Hinckley Island on the 6 June 2024.

A minutes silence was held by all present to remember the events of 80 years ago and the Richard told those assembled some 'home truths' about the future that all in the industry must face.
