10mM H2O2 is proven safe in the eyes. It is a bacteriostatic concentration and works equally well on biofilm and regular bacteria. 30mM is bacteriocidal. While the research shows 30 mM will increase some inflamation markers in the eye, it still probably is safe for occasional use like for an eye infection. But 10mM is totally safe.
In order to make this, it is 0.034% H2O2. So for 1 cup add 9 drops food grade hydrogen peroxide 17.5%, 1 packet of neil med saline into 8oz of distilled water and mix.
The intestinal drink is about 1/2 tsp tribulus terrestus 40% saponins, 1-10 drops lugols iodine, and 1 tbsp food grade diatomaceous earth. Mix with water and drink.
