Thwomp can't instant kill the opponent. But the opponent's team, though. I guess it also ignores Boo's counterattack since Boo can't counter something that doesn't deal with any damage and takes down the most tanked teammates. That's it... Quite a bit expensive for something so underwhelming imo.
