Widget is a healer who loves helping people, Sage is a ranger who fights for justice, and Widget will gladly follow Sage’s command as their team leader… most of the time.

You’d think that it would be great to have someone so eager to follow orders, but Widget is a kid, and that means they’re often prone to believing childish things. Sage is a man of logic who likes to do things by the book, so these nonsensical detours aren’t his favorite misadventure to navigate. Still, he sees part of himself in Widget, so Sage doesn’t mind taking a few detours to teach the kid how to be a hero.

Lacuno is just the GDF official burdened with keeping their team in line. He hates it.
