Adam Ragusea is making a unique Grilled Cheese a bit controversial because he is using a construction brick to smash a luxurious brioche grilled cheese sandwich. We’re analyzing his choice of using mayonnaise on the outside, the type of cheddar and monetary jack cheese blend, and whether pressing a brioche with that much weight actually works or if it just makes the sandwich a dense mess.
