I take a look at a fresh, new rogue hitting the scene: Privacy Guard 2010.

Removal Instructions:

0. Reboot your computer
1. Open Task Manager
2. End the process "PrivacyGuard2010.exe"
3. Download MBAM: bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/malwarebytes-anti-malware
4. Install MBAM. Be sure to leave "Update" and "Launch" checked
5. Run a Quick Scan (if not effective, run a Full Scan)
6. When the scan is completed, click "Remove Selected"
7. Reboot
