This is a quick 7 minute video of how I repaired the instrument cluster in a 2007 Toyota Prius. There is a faulty capacitor on the circuit board that causes the dash lights to become inoperable. The capacitor and solder repair starts about halfway through the video if you're in a hurry. I replaced the 100uf 16v capacitor with a 220 uf 16v capacitor. This corrected the problem and took roughly 2 hours from start to finish
