This talk, recorded in 2022, features Jane from Rochdale reflecting on her early experiences with Just Stop Oil and her first time in prison. Since then, she was recently convicted at Southwark Crown Court (November 2025) for the M25 gantry actions in 2022 and is serving a further prison sentence.
Jane describes prison life as a registered blind person, the support she received inside and outside, and why she no longer sees prison as a sacrifice, but as part of her responsibility at this moment in history.
