There really need to be more edits of her, I'm really surprised there aren't...

But the best way to battle those bad thoughts is with Gods GOOD and TRUE Word. And I use the word battle because you really need to think of it that way...the devil is waiting for every chance he can get to feed into our fears, insecurities and doubts. But we can choose to resist him and listen to God instead. It was really hard to settle on just one verse to include at the end of this video, so I wanted to also link this list of some really good ones that address struggling with mental health... https://www.openbible.info/topics/anxiety_and_depression I hope that if youre struggling with anxiety and/or depression, youll read these words and make a goal to memorize them. Even if you only memorize one and meditate on it throughout the day, it would be such a good way to help retrain your mind and your thoughts to resonate with the words, even if you dont fully believe in them just yet. $The Little Mermaid • ❝ℌ𝔬𝔴 𝔱𝔬 𝔅𝔢 𝔞 💔❞ Okay, so this video is actually a remake of one that I did a looong time ago on a previous channel of mine (back when I still used Windows Movie Maker ^^) After all these years, I still really love the concept of it, so I decided to create it once again! I was obsessed with The Little Mermaid when I was little, its like the first movie I started reciting movie lines of when I was in a highchair, lol.
