Recommendations
Amulet of Glory (Charged), Ring of duelling.

Step 1: talk to Hassan
Step 2: Talk to Osman just outside the palace.
Step 3: Talk to Leela in Draynor Village.
Step 4: Talk to Ned to get a wig, use yellow dye on wig.
Step 5: Talk to Aggie and make Skin Paste.
Step 6:Talk to Lady Keli to obtain a key print.
Step 7: Take the key print to Osman in Alkarhid, return to Leela.
Step 8: Talk to the jail guard and get him drunk.
Step 9: Use rope on Leela.
Step 10: Talk to Prince Ali and give him the disguise.
Step 11: Return to Hassan to finish the Quest.
