Primal is a series that hasn't gotten nearly as much attention as it deserves. Coming from Genndy Tartakovsky, the creator of Samurai Jack, Primal is another great example of how to tell a succinct and smart story with very little dialogue, relying almost entirely on music, sound effects, and the characters' actions to communicate emotion and feeling to the audience. Season two is supposed to be coming out later this year, so be sure to give the series a chance if you're able to–I have nothing but good things to say about it!
