1967 Mustang Restoration Nightmare | Dead Rat Under the Seat & Hidden Damage Fix
In this video, we uncover a nasty surprise hiding under the seat of our 1967 Mustang project — a dead rat! What started as a simple repair quickly turned into a much bigger job. We show how years of shortcuts, including someone trying to “fix” the problem with laundry detergent, forced us to dig deeper than planned.
To make things right, we use professional-grade products from Palmetto Paint Specialties, including Car Rep 2K Epoxy Primer and 3M 08529, to properly clean, prep, and protect the Mustang’s interior. If you’ve ever had to undo the mistakes of a previous owner, you’ll definitely relate to this struggle.
