This eventual production will be a lasting artifact to celebrate the legacy of the ASTC Diversity and Leadership Development initiative - a cornerstone program of ASTC - with reflections on how the program has affected the lives, careers, science centers, and communities of the Fellows.
The Fellows program was started in 2001 in an attempt to bring balance in the disparity between the diversity of our society and the diversity of professional staff, audience, and board members of the science center field.
