Exercise #1
Step up slowly and do not use momentum. Keep your knee facing straight forward and stacked over your ankle for the entire exercise. Do not let the knee track toward the midline. Do 25-25 reps depending on your current level of hip strength. Stop as soon as the knee starts to track toward the midline.
