MATERIALS USED:
1- Roll 1 1/2" wide x 18ft long ribbon of your choice
1- Package floral pins
1- 1.9" x 13.8" foam wreath form
10- Bunches of Tulips (amount of tulips depends on size of foam ring and how full you want your wreath)
1- 4" long ribbon for hanger on back of wreath
hot glue/glue gun
scissors
wire cutters
