it all started as a simple Mep part and yet here we are
though, was I maybe a little too excited to finally edit HaiKaveh if I went to sleep at 5am for weeks? mh?😇
but man I love bickering couples and I love pretty boys with chaotic energy. pretty chaotic boys bickering? my jam

even though we know nothing about them🤡 (current patch when uploading is 3.3), I tried to include different aspects of the bond Al Haitham and Kaveh could have: the fights, the delusions, the meaningless bickerings, but also a softer side, the mutual understanding, the smiles, the care.

also I am so happy I finally managed to stick with a theme. while editing, all I thought was "???" so as you can see fx are "???" perfectly matching with overlays vibing with "???" and following this idea the color palette is naturally "???"

jokes aside, the song was one of the hardest I've handled with since a while. the song beats and vocals are going to completely different directions and i wanted to follow both🤡 so UGH IF THIS EDIT LOOKS LIKE I JUST RANDOMLY THREW STUFF TOGETHER I UNDERSTAND

🌱Caty: happy birthday!! s-surprise? half surprise?? you know, this should've been the actual part for your bday mep but I got overly excited and went boom with fx... in a raw Mep lol. but it turned out for the best since I decided then not to trash the fx part but rather extend it, and it was so fun! I got so so excited to edit HaiKaveh for you I even shared a screenshot with you pfpffpfff- now you recognize it better right? even right now uploading this video I am shaking with excitement, I hope you enjoy the 2.0 version of that little bday part!

🌱Megu: you being a savior as always? thank you for the beta testing! and putting up with my rants about this edit! you have no idea how much you reassured me, I was thinking it all looked kinda good only to my eyes but that in reality was so bad I should've trashed the whole project. and yet, the part you helped me with is the only one that is not worrying me at all❤️
