Behold, our boldest burger yet. The PC® Jerk Chicken Wings unleashed a thirst for something greater, so we built a burger worthy of the jerk legacy. Our secret jerk wing seasoning was our guiding light, but rewriting the burger rulebook meant reimagining the recipe that started it all. We went into the PC® Test Kitchen and didn’t leave until we captured the essence of wood smoke flavour—an ode to traditional jerk—and got habanero’s fruity-spice notes locked in. But it was missing one thing. We added some dark meat to emulate the rich bite of a classic jerk chicken leg. Best on the grill for a slightly charred finish, you haven’t truly burger’d until you’ve jerk burger’d.
