Jammu, May 27(ANI): Indian President Pratibha DeviSingh Patil on Monday, May 26 exhorted for a second green revolution to make the country hunger free. Addressing convocation of Sher-e-Kashmir University in Jammu, winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir, Patil urged farmers to adopt new technology. Patil, who is on a five-day visit to the state, said that despite the 18 years of turmoil and violence, the Kashmiris have moved forward.
