Dear .strandberg* community, we are thrilled to present the newest run #07 of the Boden J Artisan series. Available in Dark Red Burst, Dark Blue Burst, and Dark Black Burst Gloss finish.
This month, the J Artisan line of guitars each features a solid Maple Burl top over a chambered Swamp Ash body in 1 of 3 different premium finish configurations, each offering an alluring visual aesthetic that is striking as well as timelessly elegant. The necks are constructed out of Wenge with Purple Heart fillets for rock-solid stability, with an oil finish for a fast and smooth feel. Flame Maple and Ebony fretboards are used, both set to a 20” radius and featuring 24 Sanko SUS315 Stainless Steel frets.
For the best sonic performance, the J Artisan #7 guitars come equipped with a set of black-bobbin @suhrcustom SSH+/SSV Humbuckers, a 3-way blade pickup selector, a master volume control with treble bleed circuitry, and a master tone control with push/pull for coil-split of both pickups.
The J Artisan instruments are the results of a long collaboration between Ola Strandberg and legendary Japanese master builder Nick “Sugi” Sugimoto.
