Maintaining stacks from Krugs to Raptors isn't important on your first clear. The delay from having to wait for the little Krugs to catch up essentially cancels out the faster Raptor clear. Maintaining stacks from Raptors to Wolves seems to net you about one second of speed. In other words, it's fine if you want to do it, but it's not particularly important.
