good luck getting condo's to do this
huge difference with unit tree, 1641 slash damage and 1625 slash pen. Axe raiders only have 1507 slash damage and 1553 slash pen.

no idea if drill stacks with cover commander, i use it anyway because why not. You can only fight higher tier units with ironsides anyway.
