Two recent cases in Switzerland reveal that dangerous predators are slipping through the cracks of the justice system. A 63-year-old pedophile, already convicted of child sex crimes, was able to continue organizing youth camps through a folk dancing association. A daycare employee in his thirties accused of sexually abusing more than 15 children, managed to work at two different daycare centers—in Winterthur and Bern—despite having already been flagged by authorities.
