Some construction issues are small, but will have a ripple effect that will cost time and money.
In this video, our Field Application Engineer (FAE) identified an issue with the manufacturing of some precast elements, which would have caused a clash during installation. While simple, if left undetected, the problem would have been discovered only after the installation team arrived onsite, ready to work. A separate crew would then need to cut the necessary openings, leading to wasted time, delays, and frustration for everyone involved.
Luckily, using XYZ's proactive quality inspections, this issue was caught and reported early, so the opening could be cut long before the install was due to be made.
