Can I be honest with you And you know I grew up as a single girl child in my family And I think when I reflect now thinking about what was different because in every decision that I have made I have never kind of let my gender decide anything for me And when I say that what I mean is that I am so secure in being a woman that I will never use that card only for anything I want because I think I can accomplish it as a person anyway But having said that I understand that the the privilege that I come from to have this opinion because I grew up in a very very secure home So if I had to speak to any young girls today talking about it I think a lot of times as women we end up shaming ourselves before anyone else does Where you always feel like I don't know if they'll take me seriously or I don't know if I should speak up I'd much rather speak up seven times and be shut down eight than never speak up at all And also a little bit delusion overconfidence is like a great mix.
