In this outreach video, I talk to a very open and friendly ex-vegan, pre-vet student who had just picked up a free chicken sandwich. Stick around to the end to hear my reflection about how I did, and what I wish I'd done differently.

While I don't think I did very well in this conversation, I definitely learned a lot and think that overall, this person left with a better idea of what veganism is and I think it was helpful to answer some of her questions about plant-based nutrition.
