This is a simple and inexpensive drill that I use to warm up before an IPSC/IDPA match, or to familiarize myself with a new piece of equipment. Remember to keep it slow and try not to use your sights. The idea of this drill is to develop muscle memory and find your natural point of aim. Make sure to incorporate some magazine changes through the course of the drill.
