Jaxson Moi was the man in the middle of the Cathedral Catholic's 2021 State Champion defense. His stellar play earned him a scholarship to attend Stanford. He later upgraded to the S-E-C and the University of Tennessee. And today, Jaxson finds himself on the training camp roster of the Los Angeles Rams.
