What happens when you take a colorful game intro movie and feed it through a hideously-outdated digital video format at 256 colors? This!
Seems my favorite retro video codec from around 1991, Cinepak, really butchered the intro from the 2019 Sega video game Sonic Team Racing. I have never seen color flickering so bad, we had to put a seizure warning on it!
