What happens when you convert a video of part of a favorite video game to a video format, known as Cinepak, that has not been updated since 1993 and at only 256 colors? You end up with this!
Today, we have the colorful anime intro from the 1997 Sega Saturn and Sony Playstation game Mega Man 8! For the most part, it seems the low color pallet works fairly well with this animated sequence.
