Quite simple and lame easter egg. Open C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\ppcntrl.pps, go to View, Toolbars, then Customize button, select tab Commands, find Macro on the list, move EasterEgg to one of toolbars and close Customize window. Click on button, and... that's it. I'm showing a little bit of PowerPoint Central stuff, nothing special.
